      Avantages

      The team is amazing, salaries are average with health benefits and some bonuses (nothing grand, but still).

      Inconvénients

      It's very hard to move on to higher positions, as there are very few.

      Hey, we appreciate your advice. Actually there are a lot of career opportunities with us, however, we recognise the need for better communication of those opportunities. We are working on it!

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
