      Avantages

      It's easy to get hired. They're struggling to find people who want to work there and will hire any Joe off the street

      Inconvénients

      Upper management is minimally helpful. Their thoughts on training are nonexistent. The equipment is older than most of the employees and at times, randomly put together

      Close-knit company, lots of local people, relatives, etc., but felt extremely welcomed and valued.

      Inconvénients

      Some frustration regarding lack of changes to manufacturing processes.
