Avantages

No other options in recession time

Inconvénients

Very bad senior management, no vision, no processes or defined way of working, pathetic salaries at onsite (one needs to actually think if one can afford rent or not), very irritating and impolite HR, extremely parasitic culture on BT, experience can be gained only in number of years - not in actual growth like client interaction, management, etc Tech Mahindra is one of the worst places to work in the UK. Not only does it have a oathetic culture and attitude towards work, it is also renowned for producing substandard quality of work. The few neutral comments it gets from customers are published as 'praises' and the hundreds of emails from clients being concerned about substandard quality of work are supressed and never shared with anyone. This company can only be praised by someone who has started their career here, since they do not know any better companies. For an experienced person (10+ years) this company is a living nightmare.

Avantages

* Pay arrives on time, consistently. * Benefits package is decent relative to the industry. * They do invest in internal training programs.

Inconvénients

* Promotions happen, but pay raises simply do not — in three years, I never witnessed a single one, regardless of title or tenure. * They clawed back a 1% cost-of-living raise by quietly cutting variable pay by an equivalent amount. * Overtime is effectively off the table. Budget comes first, always. * HR exists on paper only. Don't expect support or resolution when you need it. * Expense reimbursements — including professional certifications — are like pulling teeth. Expect a fight. * Benefits and perks have been steadily eroded over time to cut costs. * Certain groups of employees are visibly and consistently treated with less respect, given fewer opportunities, and held to different standards than others. Leadership has shown no interest in addressing it.
