- Great account managers, project managers, and IT Services/Tech Help. - Weekly meetings with welcome communications and ideas flowing. - Monthly meetings showing success for each team. - Very friendly staff - Job Training - Good amount of PTO, Healthcare, and flexibility in Work From Home life.
Inconvénients
- Bad communication between the different teams. - Unreliable management - Bursts of hyper micromanagement - Often very little communication - The SEO side is all Non-US based, and not client-facing. - Non-client roles know nothing about the costs of services. - Low pay & Low raises. - Managers and Employees constantly coming and going.
