Thank you for the feedback regarding your work experience at TechMD. We review the feedback provided on here to improve our work environment and maintain a positive atmosphere for any current and future employees. We are glad to hear that you felt like you were exposed to a broad range of technologies and it provides a good career platform for new analysts. Our employee turnover is far below the average for our industry and we care deeply about growing and retaining good employees. So much so, we recently implemented OfficeVibe to give all employees an anonymous way to vent both negative and positive feedback on a weekly basis. We know things can get busy in the IT world and feel like they never stop but taking vacation and personal days are always encouraged to maintain work-life balance as we can see the value of taking a break and having some fun. We know we are not a perfect organization but we strive to get better every day but we would never throw anyone under the bus. If you are open, we would love to discuss your experience further.
