      - Great local team - Standards and documentation - Outings & events - Local culture and former core valuers

      Inconvénients

      - Company was acquired by a PE-backed firm and since then the local team has been largely ignored - Lack of leadership and direction - Lack of core values - Compensation not up to industry/regional standards - Greater company standards not as robust as before acquisition leading to service delivery challenges

      Avantages

      Remote work, decent paid Holidays don't do nights or weekends much

      Inconvénients

      low pay compared to the industry,not many raises, company has gone down hill since becoming partly owned by PE firm and bringing in a HR Executive who changed things a lot and doesn't seem to care about employees. Top management has become more distant as company has grown too much by taking over other companies.
