      Avantages

      Working with genuinely cutting edge kit harnessing Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, all the fun stuff. Helping clients transform and differentiate their customer service offerings. Being part of a passionate, multidisciplinary team of experts and contributing to an exciting company vision.

      Inconvénients

      You will wear many hats. That might not be for everybody. I love it, but given how new and novel the technology is, and the current growth of the company, you will be relied upon to support on many fronts. It's a fantastic opportunity to get an appreciation for many parts of the organisation however can be a bit full on!

      Avantages

      I have worked at TechSee for over a year now and I can honestly say this is one of the better places to work. It is not perfect, every company has its small issues, but the pros far outweigh the cons. I would recommend our leadership to everyone as they encourage us to work as one team instead of working in silos like other companies. Everyone is accountable for each other and it really feels like a family.

      Inconvénients

      The only downside is that we have a fair amount of remote employees and I wish we had more opportunities to get everyone together like our SKO events.

      Not much, decent product but not much

      too many, leadership with no exit plan, communication lacking, compensation plans laughable
