      Avantages

      Great sales training. Nice office (when it used to be in a house- start-up vibe)

      Inconvénients

      Worst management possible. Talks down to employees and creates a toxic environment. Some would say it would get a little inappropriate with the SDRs and management (all management with power are male). Management is very green and though the original hires are great people, the once fun energetic start-up has become dull and depressing due to constant criticism and under-appreciation. Very sales heavy, with no real perks if you decide to work in a different department. One tip- don't apply, you'll regret it.

      You get to work with an amazingly talented and smart team. Good pay and even better benefits/perks.

      Inconvénients

      They expect a lot out of their employees. Long hours (generally 10+ hour days) and tough goals.

      Avantages

      TechValidate is an incredible company with a founders who truly have a vision and experience to back it. While just beyond startup, it still very much has the look and feel of a start up, with plenty of opportunity to grow and influence the direction of the company. Employees are highly valued, there is a lot of training that is put into employees, and you are well compensated for your efforts. It is a great business model that promises continued growth.

      Inconvénients

      This is a company operates in a niche market so growth is steady, but not explosive. There is no competition, which means customers don't always understand what it is or how it works, new space means new challenges.
