I have worked with Techno-Comp as Fulltime employee for more than a year. From the day I got the first call till the offer was made and until my last day, they have been very professional helpful and always ready to help and answer.
I have worked with many Big shot companies and Consultancies so far but these guys are the best.
Legal team is highly knowledgeable and very responsive. They handle all the legal work very professionally and employee friendly.
HR Team, Specially Sundari and Aradhana are the bestest of best, they have always up to date immigration knowledge and they will never let you feel left out, always available to listen your problems and provide best solution possible.
HR is very friendly, always available and always true to their words. They are always up with their promises. If you ever get a chance to work for them just go for it, they will take care of the Immigration and HR in the best way.
Very straightforward and will work their best to provide you the best solution to you problems.
PS: I hardly give reviews, specially when its a positive one. But, they did made me feel pride while I was working with them and I couldn't stop myself for letting everyone know so people looking for change would make valuable decision.
Also, this post is unbiased and true to the best of my knowledge and working experience.
