      Friendly coworkers and laid back environment

      Inconvénients

      Worst management ever. Upper management needs to go. The company is Indian owned, and half the workforce is based in India. Not sure why the government would allow India to design our ships.

      Very unorganized, not proper training whatsoever, seniority treats new employees poorly
