      Avantages

      Tech One has a great ERP solution that works well in certain verticals e.g. central, state, federal and local government. Outside of that NFP and services are also a pretty good fit. It has some brilliant dev people and Adrian has a lot of vision. They pay well for good results from a Business Development perspective. If you work for a great Manager - well you are lucky and life will be quite fun.

      Inconvénients

      Adrian also operates as a tyrant and a lot of senior managers are scared of him. Too many people work close to burnout. Proper training is limited as are really well skilled Consultants.

      Avantages

      Good building , good facilities , good perks, good location, good people, good vision , good company - just a good place to be.

      Inconvénients

      Preconfigured solutions still need more work making it hard for consultants and R&D. Driven to succeed at all costs - a positive as you work for a very successful company with job security and career prospects something I did not have with the previous company I worked for that struggled to survive ; but a negative because failure is never an option and you need to with the hours.
