      Avantages

      They will give you a good salary, until you find out you will work 12 - 13 hour days.

      Inconvénients

      So many…always micromanaged, the decisions really aren’t made by you as a manager. They have such a tough time hiring at this point that they have changed manager to a supervisor. Not a long term solution, very high turnover with managers and hourly employees. Do your research before accepting a job.

      Work life Balance, no stress, Decent pay, Support from Management. ETC

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes with only 2 people, it can be challenging. Especially if someone misses a lot of days or their work ethic is not good.

      Avantages

      I can not think of any pros. This is a complete dead end position unless you are a yes man.

      Inconvénients

      Being micro managed during every aspect of the job. Constantly watched on cameras and called if they can not see work being done. Endless spreadsheets to fill out about pointless things. Expected to work a BUNCH of overtime instead of hiring help. Awful expensive benefits.
