      Avantages

      I joined straight from college. I learnt a lot. Worked a lot and got lot of appreciation as well. If we work hard, we get permanent, we get encouragement and motivation. Can start leading the team in a short span.

      Inconvénients

      We need to prove our worth to get permanent.

      Avantages

      The only pro is that they make you work on good technology. The staff are good, they help a lot.

      Inconvénients

      No WLB . ITS just you wake up, work , sleep and repeat. Saturday is not an off. If you're late in the morning, sometimes your half day is deducted, but they expect you to work over time. The projects are good, but the time management is bad . The team is supposed to just implement what the CEO brainstorms, and most of the time those are bad. If you plan on working here , just make work a part of your life. Everytime there is a client meeting, an intern gets fired, that's a fun game
