      Avantages

      The safety program is pretty solid

      Inconvénients

      Low wages for the amount of work you're expected to put in. The women are paid less than thier male counterparts despite having more certifications and experience. You're expected to deal with the sexism because "you re just being thin skinned." And "He didn't mean it that way."
