Furthermore, no feedback on your performance from supervisors. They seem to be somewhere else all the time. Now the money, basic salary for 40 hrs a week is low and if you want to make more, you really have to commit and work a lot of overtime - 55 or 60 hours a week, not very good if you have a family. Poor facilities - toilets and canteen.
