      Avantages

      Awesome team, always kind, supportive and ready to help. Great and flexible work condition, emphasising on good work-life balance. Interesting job with a lot of different topics to work on, an exciting industry to work in and a lot of liberty provided regarding how to do the work.

      Inconvénients

      Always working remotely may not be for everyone. Small team with a lot of stuff to deal with, meaning that you will regularly have to go out of your way to solve problems that do not normally fall under your responsibility.

      Inconvénients

      - Wenn man sich auf ein dynamisches und innovatives Unternehmen einlässt, es mag Prozesse zu optimieren, gefordert zu werden und ab und an die Extrameile zu gehen, dann absolut keine =)
