      Avantages

      Full time positions have benefits, okay pay, and stability. If you are part time, this is a calm and stable gig. You do really work the 9-5 without the job itself bleeding into your life.

      Inconvénients

      The drama and negativity of this workplace may at some point, bleed into your personal life and relationships as a full time employee. The boss is a bully. This place is a ticking time bomb of lawsuits for many reasons. The company doesn’t have opportunities because it’s so small. Overall this workplace is a toxic work environment.

      Avantages

      Decent pay, good benefits, annual bonuses

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work environment. The management team can be huge bullies very passive aggressive. A lot of the time, you would find a handwritten note on your desk if you did something wrong instead of HR speaking with you about the issue. Every move “HR”makes is dictated by the management team. There is no protection for the employees. Lots of lawsuit opportunity here as well.
