      Avantages

      -Unlimited PTO (for now, might change with iCIMS taking over) -Location is great, middle of downtown San Jose 
 -If you have no experience and straight out of college, this is a great opportunity to learn

      Inconvénients

      -Unless you are on the enterprise team or product team, pay is VERY VERY low, nowhere near market rate and raises are hard to come by -Quota is near impossible to make, very rare to actually hit KPI’s (unless you are an SDR) -Management expects a lot and they do not recognize exceptional work -Acquired by iCIMS in New Jersey and things at TextRecruit are drastically changing, not necessarily for the better -Headed towards an east coast based company, not silicon valley -Company is never transparent and very unorganized

      Avantages

      - The energy in the office is great. People are very warm and friendly, while remaining productive and giving you your space to flourish. Erik the CEO's energy is contagious. - Upper level management is very committed to passing their knowledge and passion for sales onto the organization. Sincere care about your development. - Best in class sales tools, utilizing best practices. Very efficient sales machine. They have taken text messaging in the hiring life cycle and have scaled into a real enterprise grade solution. Simple concept, textbook execution & still scaling.

      Inconvénients

      - Low base pay, with higher than usual commission. - Although the career development is there, there are not enough positions to promote every SDR. Promotions were not a reflection of performance in my experience. - No flashy perks aside from unlimited PTO - Can feel very clicky, especially with early team members - Typical startup stuff
