      Avantages

      The medical benefits are good

      Inconvénients

      Below industry standard vacation, hostile work environment, leadership promotes a hostile work environment, HR is lacking, all other benefits outside of medical are bad. I would encourage anyone not to apply unless you thrive in a negative and unprofessional environment.

      Avantages

      Supportive managers, interesting work, professional development opportunities, culture of kindness and respect, making a difference for hard-working technologists, excellent benefits, generous PTO, hybrid and fully WFH opportunities, beautiful office building with plentiful free parking, company activities and lunch & learns

      Inconvénients

      Employees with long tenures can sometimes be resistant to adopting newer apps and processes

      Avantages

      The Business Stakeholders were amazing!

      Inconvénients

      They had an established PMO that fully supported the Business. Those Business Stakeholders loved it and felt supported for the first time in years, then they dismantled it. Then, because of leadership disagreements on how a requirement should be written and assigning tasks to Business Analysts that are not standard, such as selecting a new vendor and conducting all of the analysis in a few weeks, the environment changed dramatically. It was no longer stable.
