      Avantages

      The clients are very sweet and happy to be at the studio.

      Inconvénients

      I workout regularly, I'm in good physical shape for the first person to greet you at a workout center. I am not interested to doing bar; yet after I was hired I was informed it was part of my employment. Ultimately COVID was why the position ended. I could foresee not participating in The Bar Method classes was going to jeopardize my position.

      Amazing work environment and culture.

      Honestly i loved it! Pay was not super high though.

      Avantages

      -part time, flexible and understanding leadership if something happens last minute -encourages a good balance of work and life, mind and body, work and rest, balance in general -a safe space for all its guests and employees

      Inconvénients

      -as a byproduct of the demographics in its direct community, the population isn’t the most diverse. This is not an intentional decision by anyone or a true con of any sort, really.
