-modern tech stack -interesting customers from multiple business areas -great atmosphere at work -remote friendly -small agile teams -flexible working hours
Inconvénients
-small senior engineering pool, especially in the front end department -salary was not competitive with the European and local market -to many interns and not enough people to manage/train them
