      Great cause to work for, meaningful work and lots of employee perks including flexible hybrid work, discounts, free access to wellbeing services, generous holiday and leave policy.

      Inconvénients

      Very cliquey culture, poor communication from the top, very little training or opportunity for development.

      Avantages

      Help is always on hand from the management team. Opportunities to learn and your work is never taken for granted.

      Inconvénients

      I volunteer 100% remotely so I'm not sure what the environment is like at head office but I have no cons to mention.
