      Good location, good coworkers, good product, good employee discount.

      Inconvénients

      Too much favoritism, not enough training for other roles, management friendly, but not really listening to concerns.

      All the pros went out the window with new management

      Inconvénients

      -Full return back to office- immediately! - Leadership believes you should be available whenever they want to have a conversation -Zero direction at all times -The culture is what made TCS great, that’s gone now
