Inconvénients
Frequent miscommunication across departments can create confusion and inefficiencies. Team Leaders seem disconnected from workflow processes; they mainly focus on scheduling and task distribution rather than offering meaningful support or guidance. Performance-based recognition is lacking. Even with excellent KPIs, employees must request raises instead of being rewarded proactively. The Head of Department appears out of touch with the day-to-day realities of the teams, which leads to a disconnect between upper management and staff.
