Avantages
The FIND Lab creates a huge sense of purpose in its employees by investing a lot of time and money into training. The owner flies in from Hawaii every few months to provide workshops and trainings. There were prize incentives for goal making and meeting quotas.
Inconvénients
Management can be overly aggressive, especially in a personally demeaning way. I felt that work issues often turned into emotional jabs and put-downs. I eventually decided to leave because of the dramatic atmosphere.
