Avantages
I’ve read the other reviews that mentioned feeling micromanaged but can honestly say I’ve never felt that way myself, not even once. This is a big small company… huge sales, lots of moving parts, lots of customers yet still the small family element where we all mostly know who everyone is even if you’re in a different office. Management and HR does their best to make us feel valued and the benefits are above and beyond. The perks of being part of the Lamb co family far out way any of the negatives.
Inconvénients
Management on the department level could work on how they better manage and address their employees particularly by not publicly ridiculing/reprimanding them. This doesn’t affect me personally but we do see and hear it happening. I know that upper management hasn’t addressed it because the people affected might not feel like they can come to them without it being considered stepping out of line. Not sure how that thought process came about but reprimands should be made privately not publicly it isn’t the rest of the offices business. Outside of that, other things are minor. Yes things can be a little messy sometimes since there aren’t many formal policies in place but the minor hiccups are nothing. We have a great team and don’t usually have problems finding solutions.
Oh and people being sick in the office when they have the option of working remotely.
