      Avantages

      Students are motivated to learn and lesson themes are engaging. Resources are made available for Teachers.

      Inconvénients

      Workload is exhausting — between having to plan the delivery of the lessons, marking worksheets (and giving feedback), managing relationships with parent, and teaching back-to-back classes, Teachers are left with little to no time for a breather.
