      Avantages

      Quality curriculum materials across all levels.

      Inconvénients

      Long working hours. Last minute covers and having to travel from one outlet to another for covers. Excessive marking load as Teachers are required to mark for classes they covered too. Leaves are too difficult to take. Always receiving rejected leave approval. Teachers are therefore burnt out. MC rate is high.
