      Avantages

      I made a lot of money with this job and very little was from being a manager. You can make your own paycheck if you are engaged in the job. I have not worked there in a year but could be fun and you can go to some pretty cool places.

      Inconvénients

      If you are not truly a salesperson or extremely self motivated, you will strugle.

      Avantages

      From day one I felt very welcomed and part of the team. Training is provided based on need so I was not stuck in a classroom for weeks like in other jobs.

      Inconvénients

      Building is older and in need of an update. 90 days to qualify for holiday pay. 1 year before PTO.

      Avantages

      Being able to Travel to many different states.

      Inconvénients

      They did not reimburse any job expenditures, just before I was let go, they did start doing up to $100 per week in gas reimbursement. No other job related expenses, of which there are many.
