Avantages
TPW values it's employees and it shows. Management makes sure to put time and effort into training/education for their staff. They listen to concerns and address them appropriately. TPW values a healthy work/life balance, in every way. This is what makes TPW such a great place to work. TPW CARES about it's employees and that is an un-measurable benefit to enjoying your job and feeling like you are making a difference. It's not hard to get up and go to your job when you are working in an environment that feels like home.
Inconvénients
TPW has some employees who have been here a very long time. While their expertise and knowledge of the company is AMAZING, they have a tendency to be stuck in their ways. This makes breaking the barrier into new technology and processes a bit painful.
