      Very thorough approach to instrumenting businesses, transparent about investing philosophy, great analytics on portfolio companies, good place to learn

      Inconvénients

      Top-down culture, somewhat rigid, may not be a fit for operations people with their own toolkit or approach. Though that may have just been my fund.
