      Avantages

      El entorno de trabajo es grato, brindan apoyo y la posibilidad de constante aprendizaje, son abiertos a tomar perfiles juniors y trainees; y poseen una gran predisposición a incorporar tecnologías en auge todo el tiempo, facilitando a cada desarrollador estar al día con las tendencias mediante la implementación activa en proyectos reales.

      Inconvénients

      Suelen contratar perfiles juniors y trainees, por el ideal de abaratar costos, lo que se traduce en equipos de trabajo con gran desnivel en materia de conocimiento, pero llenos de talento y perspectivas novedosas. Asimismo, como es de esperar, los sueldos suelen ser bajos para la cantidad de responsabilidades que esperan.

      Salarios bajos, no dan prestaciones, no aumentan los salarios, y exigen mucho.

      Avantages

      The developers are great and they build software that works well. Payment was always on time.

      Inconvénients

      They are not honest. Inexistent leadership, They will not pay you your commissions. Don’t trust anything management tells you, they will do the complete opposite. Cero benefits. They expect you to work overtime all the time.
