      Growing hotel group with opportunities to move across sites when new hotels open.

      Inconvénients

      Work hours are excessive; often 55hr+ weeks. High turnover rates, due to the pressure and attitude from the leadership team. Lots of egos everywhere you look, and the environment does not inspire you to give your best.
