      1. Your skills for sure will be improved as you basically work on everything ( All technologies, tools, products) 2. Nice team of people to work with

      Inconvénients

      1. HR is for monitoring what time you come in, how many breaks you take, what time you leave, and so on!! 2. Micro-management to the core!! 3. You should be good at everything. Apparently, you are the SME when they want 4. Hire and fire policy as with most small to mid-size organization

      - The company was flexible and supportive in accommodating my personal circumstances, including adjusting my work schedule. - Leadership was open to compromise and worked with me to find the best options around my situation. - There is a strong culture of learning—cross-training, certifications, and continuous development are encouraged. - We’re given autonomy to explore solutions to project designs and client issues, which boosts confidence and critical thinking. - Open communication is encouraged; we can raise concerns freely and collaborate on finding effective solutions.

      Inconvénients

      - Like any company, it's not perfect—there are areas for improvement. - Some processes could be more streamlined, but efforts are being made to improve.
