      nessun vantaggio solo svantaggi, sconsigliata

      Inconvénients

      azienda pessima, dicono che investono nella crescita professionale dei nuovi talenti con academy e corsi, ma in academy vieni lasciato a te stesso. Raggruppano 20 persone e per 1 mese fai al massimo 2-3 giorni di lezione, e poi vieni abbandonato in una stanza senza capire cosa fare e cosa non fare. Non si presentano nemmeno i docenti e nessuno sa cosa devi fare, vieni letteralmente abbandonato per l'intero corso, solo uno spreco di tempo. Una volta assunto sei in sede, e non ti dicono cosa fare, non si sa il tuo futuro, su cosa devi lavorare, e cosa dovrai fare, vieni lasciato li per mesi a perdere tempo.

      Avantages

      Many people with high skill in a lot of technologies. If you cannot grow in here, you would not be able to grow anywhere else. I came as a java Dev and I learnt other languages, DevOps basics and a lot of networking stuff. I get out as a Solution Architect. They spent a lot of time in training, they give me the chance to fail and try again. Now we started a spin-off startup focusing on infrastructure management, a new exciting adventure to dive into!

      Inconvénients

      The work area is open-space style, but sometimes it gets to much noisy...
