They will provide a good pay to all people. They will also provide a good hike at the end of each financial year. Here everyone will live like a family friends and it is such a healthy environment to work.
Inconvénients
Their Main client is Ford. They depend on Ford a lot. They do have other clients for QAD. But for JAVA, Hyperion, ERP and Automation domain, their client will be the only FORD.
