      Respected in their core geography Employees treat each other with respect Employee-owned and growing every year makes our ESOP value and compensation packages good including several bonus opportunities. Leaders don't interfere too much but are available when you want them

      Inconvénients

      It's still relatively small (500-700 employees) which can limit the scope of technical projects.

      No training, no opportunity for promotion, no leadership, no employee value, etc. unless you’re an engineer
