Avantages
I have worked at ThoughtLab for quite a few years. I love the people at ThoughtLab. I love the flexibility. I appreciate the freedom to be yourself, and to have ideas that are heard. You are free to learn and grow, to make mistakes and to celebrate wins. I have seen many changes in my years here. Many ups and downs. I feel that we have grown stronger as a company and keep moving in the right direction. No company is perfect. There will always be things you agree with and things that you don't. I firmly believe in our company and direction it is moving. The pandemic changed how we do a lot of things. But many positives come out of it. We were able to expand our team to many other states and countries. We are seeking out the best of the best to give our clients amazing results no matter where the best are in the world! ThoughtLab is wonderful place to work. Our CEO really cares deeply about each employee. I see it everyday!
Inconvénients
If you are not a go getter, this company would not be a fit. If you need your hand held, again this company is not for you. You need to be able to jump in with 2 feet and go! You have to be able to speak up, ask questions and find solutions. I don't think these are "cons", but just how things are here. I feel like one thing we need improvement with is communication. It is something we are working on and are striving to get better at. With the current conditions and the remote working, it has become an even bigger task that we are tackling. We are aware of it, and are implementing steps to improve. I also feel like I hear there are no processes in place here. I disagree. I think there are processes in place, just no accountability when processes are not followed. I feel like when you are in a relaxed culture, this might be an issue. It has gotten better, but it is a hard balance.
