      Avantages

      Jonge groep waardoor de sfeer onderling wel goed is Mooi kantoor met de nodige voorzieningen

      Inconvénients

      Vriendjespolitiek - indien je niet in de bovenste schuif van jouw leidinggevende ligt heb je pech Gebrek aan feedback - zelf als je erachter vraagt komt er weinig uit. Directe communicatie is ook ver te zoeken. Ik heb meer met HR in communicatie gestaan dan met mijn leidinggevende over het gebrek aan feedback. Achter de rug worden dan allerlei zaken besproken en zetten ze jou voor domme feiten.

      Avantages

      A very flexible company, very good working environment, responsive management and a supportive HR team. A team system to help each other and lots of activities within the company itself. Access to a number of interesting name panels.

      Inconvénients

      Management very Flemish and not very interesting for French speakers.
