Avantages

There are no growth limitations at this company. Whether someone is just coming in for more experience or looking for a long-term career, their success is completely based off of them. At my last position I was working very hard and going above and beyond every single day but was unable to receive a promotion due to seniority. With this company I am able to grow based off of my efforts put in and receive more responsibilities and opportunities than I have ever had. I love how challenged I feel every single day. They offer hands on training and management is always there to offer their help and constructive criticism. I have only been with the company for 4 months and I have already seen 2 people get promoted so far and have personally had the opportunity to travel as well. It is so nice to work in such a fast-paced, team environment and have mentors and coaches that are excited about helping you grow personally and reach your goals.

Inconvénients

It is a lot of hard work and they tell you right from the start it's not for everyone but for me I am a very competitive person and that really motivated me. There are evenings and weekends involved temporarily but that is pretty typical for the event industry.

Avantages

All of the training is hands on and in either a one on one setting, or in small groups. The management team pushes the employees every day to meet personal and professional goals. It is a super positive work environment where the focus in on the bigger picture and advancement. There is no seniority, so I wasn't stuck in a position waiting for a promotion, it was solely based on my skill level.

Inconvénients

The position is a management training position, so the program is definitely designed to condition and train someone for an upper management position, so there are times where I felt like I was learning a ton of information at once. Weekends are involved with this position, whereas with my previous employer I was making my own schedule and had weekends off. Also, it's humbling to work a booth inside of Sam's Club or Costco and see friends or family members shopping inside the store.
