Avantages

-Meaningful work -Remote -Hours are good depending on if you're day or night shift

-SO MUCH CHANGE -So much rigidity -No room for flexibility in hours -Required to be responding to company chats every 5 minutes -Required to go above and beyond with no opportunity for employee advancement unless you're getting promoted -Promotions are impossible due to unattainable metrics -calls are listened to and graded other things that are not fair -No communication -HIGH burnout

The combination of meaningful work, constant change, and burnout is something you’ve captured clearly here. You’ve called out concerns around flexibility, communication, advancement opportunities, and how performance is evaluated. When those things start stacking up, it can have a real impact on people’s day-to-day experience. There’s a lot in this review, and it reflects challenges we’re continuing to work through as an organization. — Thyme Care People Team

Avantages

I’ve had a really positive experience working at Thyme Care overall. The company is deeply mission-driven, and you can feel that in the day-to-day work. There’s a strong focus on people, both members and employee, which makes the environment feel supportive and meaningful. Everyone I’ve worked with has been kind, collaborative, and genuinely willing to help each other out.

Inconvénients

That said, Thyme Care is growing quickly (which is amazing!), which comes with some challenges. Priorities and processes can shift just as fast as we scale, and that can sometimes make it hard to keep up or feel "in the know".

This means a lot to read — especially what you shared about the team feeling supportive and the mission coming through in the day-to-day work. You also called out something real about how quickly priorities and processes can shift as we grow. We know that can make it harder to stay connected to what’s changing and why, and it’s something we’re continuing to work on improving. We’re glad you’re part of the team. — Thyme Care People Team

Avantages

Working as Senior Enrollment Specialist at Thyme Care has been a rewarding experience I started as an Enrollment specialist now I am Senior Enrollment specialist the company has opportunities of growth within the company which is amazing. The company is deeply mission-driven, focusing on improving the lives of cancer patients by making care more accessible and coordinated. Being part of a team that genuinely prioritizes patient support makes the work feel meaningful and impactful every day. In my role, I help guide eligible members through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand the services available to them and how Thyme Care can support their care journey. The position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail, as many members are navigating complex healthcare situations. I appreciate that the company provides tools and training that help us approach each conversation with compassion and clarity. The team environment at Thyme Care is collaborative and supportive. Leadership encourages feedback, and colleagues are always willing to help each other succeed. There is also a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, which allows employees to grow professionally while helping the organization expand its impact. One of the most fulfilling aspects of the role is knowing that enrolling a member can connect them with resources that may significantly improve their care experience. While the work can sometimes be fast-paced, the sense of purpose and the supportive culture make it worthwhile. Overall, Thyme Care is a great place for individuals who are passionate about patient advocacy and want to contribute to meaningful change in healthcare.

Inconvénients

I would say its not a downside because every company they will all have new updates and that's a great thing there is always changes you will need to adapt to new changes new learn things and implement them.
