      Avantages

      - Super collègues et bonne ambiance. Le PDG, Ratan, est un gars formidable, et j'apprécie le temps qu'il a passé avec les équipes et les individus. - Vous apprenez beaucoup de choses tous les jours. La plupart des collègues sont des personnes âgées et des experts dans ce qu'ils font. - Vous n'avez pas à passer de nombreuses heures inutiles en réunion. La communication est principalement hors ligne, et il y a un nombre minimum de réunions.

      Inconvénients

      - C'est une entreprise au rythme rapide. Si vous recherchez une entreprise lente et détendue, Tigera n'est pas un bon choix.

      Avantages

      Throughout the interview process, I learned a lot about the company's core values from everyone I met. These core values, including "respect, support and collaborate with each other", which really resonate with me and helped me make my decision to join the team. I've been at the company for about a month and everyone around me has welcomed me and helped me get up to speed. I look forward to learning and contributing to the success of the company along side my peers!
