This avoids any mishaps in any projects done so that both the new joiner and the Senior come together and work as a team to work efficiently. We encourage our employees to have a very good career progresson in their professional development line, hence we take pride in saying that most of tigerlab employees who left have a good career prospects by applying their skills that they have learned in our company to other companies. We have requirements to be fulfilled by candidates before they are hired, and we ensure that we hire employees with much skills and qualities that are on par with our company vision and mission.
