Homeschooling is growing significantly, and so there is alot of potential for growth as an industry.

Stifling work environment. Senior leadership, especially the ceo, is involved in everything - even the small stuff - which prevents people from doing the job they were hired to do. Everybody is undermined and made to feel worthless. We are constantly being reminded of how we are not "moving the needle" when the company is doing better than ever. CEO belittles people and leads by intimidation. Nobody wants to speak up for fear of losing their job. People on the lower level are doing all the work and getting no credit, while senior leaders don't do much, and just point out faults. Senior leadership does not lead. by example. They say one thing in corporate meetings, and then act totally a different way when it's the day to day. Has turned into a nightmare place to work. Keep this in mind, if you are searching for a great place to work.
