      Avantages

      Earn alot of time off. Can earn credit hours for extra time off. Any day requested off basically given. Flexible hours.

      Inconvénients

      Dont do any real engineering work. Pay starts off lower than private industry. Retirement benefits are not what they used to be.

      Safety, the workloads are very interesting.

      Inconvénients

      Most rules/regulations/benefits controlled by the Federal Government, and are general to everyone. Many regulations and benefits do not benefit specialized positions and different locations.
