      Avantages

      Employees were awesome, helpful and dedicated to being there for one another.

      Inconvénients

      IT managers have NO CLUE what a BA does. You will go through this long 8-day training session over an ancient AS400 system (that they are married to) where they explain the order process, then you will be expected to be an expert at using it. Afterward, you will go to these project meetings to discuss project requests (nothing more than a glorified help desk ticket) to see if it should be a project. Notice you have not seen me mention anything BA yet.

      Avantages

      One of the biggest pro I think I have for Tire Rack was when I was hired in they hired me as a remote employee, and that I also got to travel the country.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is low for the position I was in with the education and certification I held. Work life balance wasn't there. No extra compensation for being on-call for this company. Senior level management has no clue what they are doing nor do they listen to those that do. They just kept hiring people which didn't really give you enough work to fill the day. They hired based on personality not technical abilities. All the new hire I saw in my department were morons. Most of the people on my direct team including my supervisor were good people and I enjoyed working with them but the department as a hole was terrible.
