Avantages
Work from home and fairly diverse.
Inconvénients
Micro managing, and daily hour-long morning and end of day meetings to go through a mail inbox. Out of 7 working hours in the day, 2 whole hours are completely wasted by sitting in a pointless meeting with at least a dozen participents going through an inbox when things could be better arranged so people have their work and get on with it. Bear minimum pay but expected to work overtime to complete a heavy workload, despite no overtime pay. A large portion of the team is underqualified foreign grads to save moeny on hiring and tax, which means a bunch of time wasted and more employees needed. Completely disorganised. Because of this there is also little to no employee discretion, and people are expected to follow overly strict procedures for which results in more micro managing. Zero oppertunities for progression, and no room to make any business suggestions.
