      Avantages

      They have already provided de minimis and clothing allowance for managers is communication allowance, and company CP. Our superior and boss are reachable

      Inconvénients

      The salary is enough but not above average. Its not on the average compared to the Real Estate / Property Management Companies that I've worked to when I'm still a Building Engineer. Manager on site has a whole saturday work. A norm today is weekdays only or saturday halfday. Though we can still find the work-life-balance
