Avantages

One of the best part about THBS is for the people who really dont want to get much work pressure can come and join this company. I expected, as being a developer till now, I would be loaded with work and never will have any chance to my personal life. However, THBS gave me a chance to share personal life.

Inconvénients

awwww... the list never ends I guess ... I just hate to work in this company. There is no proper professionalism , employee satisfaction to the work done, no rewards, nothing.. etc.... The rewards willbe favored only when you are good in favoring your manager. As one of my personal expereince, though I wokred really hard and extended my timings I never got any kind of reward from manager side except an appreciation from the client.I was informed of being sent to onsite by the manager, but later it was cancelled by my manager.. and the person who was much more favorable to him was sent to onsite.. though the one who went onsite was not a technically sound and well-communicative person. In the end, what reward I got was.. IF you want to see worst management, professionalism etc.,... you can come and join THBS. A lovely paradise of educated but unethical people.
