There is no formal training ,it is basically about learning from your mistakes. Thus you commit lots of mistakes which is good for them as there is a loss sharing system .Once you make a loss you are then caught in a cycle.(Loss-sharing is acceptable but no training is callous) 3. No salary if you quit after the training period(They assure you that even if you quit you will get the salary of the training period ,i.e 7k per month).
